TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following Terms and Conditions form the basic for ordering from Creations Skincare Webshop. Please read through our Terms and Conditions. If you are unable to find any specific information you require please email us on creationsskincarecentre.co.uk.

1. Payment

All Payments are processed through Worldpay. We do not store or have access to your card details.

2. Supply of Goods.

Orders can only be delivered to UK mainland addresses

3. Risk and Ownership

No title of goods shall pass to the purchaser until we have received payment in full for the complete order and has successfully delivered to you. Once the goods have been delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss.

4. Availability

Items that are out of stock should not be available for you to order under normal circumstances, however should this happen for any reason, we will contact you via email to offer you an alternative or cancel your order

5. Prices

Our prices payable are set out on our website and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

6. Dispatch of Orders

Orders received by our warehouse will be sent by Royal Mail within 1-2 working days of receiving an order.

All goods will require a signature. If no one is in to accept delivery, a neighbour maybe asked to accept and sign, or a card maybe left.

7. Claims

Goods may only be subjected to a refund if found to be defect. Defect goods need to be reported by email ( creationsskincarecentre.co.uk within 2 working days

8. Return of Goods

On Any DERMALOGICA product we offer a 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase, but please contact us so we can discuss the problem and we may be able to recommend an alternative product.

Unfortunately if you have a reaction to, or are unsatisfied with a product, from a brand other than DERMALOGICA, we cannot accept it back for refund. However in the case of a reaction we maybe able accept the product back depending on the Brands advice.

If you have benefited from free delivery we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus the delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.

9. Cancellation by Us
If an item is listed at the incorrect price we reserve the right to not sell.
